The FG/FS Red Label series retains the mid-bass appeal of the original FG from the 1960s, but with A.R.E. (Acoustic Resonance Enhancement) processing on carefully selected Sitka spruce wood and specially developed scalloped bracing, the FG/FS Red Label series delivers a deep bass and powerful sound from rich overtones. The specially developed scalloped bracing produces a powerful sound with deep bass and rich overtones.

The entire body of this new model has a gloss finish, giving it a more luxurious appearance and a sparkling sound.
